Beef protein is a more easily digestible protein source than low-fat beef (e.g. steak), is readily absorbed and has high biological value as a protein of animal origin.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 30 g)

Mix 1 portion (30 g = 1 scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) in 250 ml of water using a mixing bottle. On training days, take a minimum of 2 servings, one serving within 45 minutes of training and one serving between meals. On rest days, take one serving in the morning and one serving in the evening.
